Gang members, thugs, punks, and assorted other rogues of society seem undeterred by the justice system. So the Wise Guys announce they are exploring the possibility of starting "The Wise Guys Reaper Fund" - an online fundraiser that would to bail out accused criminals - who then must go in front of a panel of Wise Guys, plead their cases, and face whatever punishment is sentenced. It usually isn't pretty.
